Released 12th April 2011, the âAMES Unsigned & Originalâ compilation is a seventeen-song collaboration between AMES (Australian Music & Entertainment Scene) and Austep Music.
Harnessing the power of working together, the compilation provides a wide range of variety for the listener, journeying through Pop, Country, Alt-Rock, and more.
Mastered by internationally renowned Daniel Fournier, highlights of the CD include Jo Ayling, Man From Atlanta, and consecutive winner of the Golden Fiddle Award Marcy Taylor.
All tracks are released under a non-exclusive license, and the artists can be contacted directly should you wish to work with them. A number of free CDs are available for industry professionals and media upon request.

Marcela began learning the violin at age 6 and graduated from the Conservatorium of Music in the Czech Republic. Marcela has played at some of Europe's largest music and country music festivals, toured extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, and won various awards including the Australian Songwriting Association competition, and the Golden Fiddle Award. At the present Marcela plays in blues band Little Rain, teaches violin and viola. She also plays keyboard and mandolin.

Bluesmother is the Australiana-Rockabilly-Blues songwriting duo of Louise Hughes and Linda King. Louise, a finalist in the International Songwriting Contest, 2007/8 and revered by many as Australia's top female Blues lead guitarist, can stun her audience with amazing guitar licks and vocal feel. Linda is Australia's least known harmonica and ukulele player and an awarded lyricist. Bluesmother has many Blues and Rockabilly influences, culminating in their very own style. Melissa Robertson is a country/folk singer and songwriter who released her debut EP 'Ride Of Your Life' late 2009. The title track was shortlisted in the 2009 ASA comp and in 2010 two more of Melissa's songs were shortlisted. Melissa is also the consecutive winner of the Wattle Flat CMA for both 2010 and 2011. Other highlights include performing at Tamworth CMF 09/10 where she was interviewed on festival FM and showcased on 6 stages.
